You can order from us in two ways:

advance payment (cash, creditcard,or bank, cheque) or cash on delivery (COD ONLY INSIDE SWITZERLAND)

For bank transfers we send an order confirmation with invoice by mail or email. When our bank acknowledges receipt of your payment we dispatch the products. To quicken delivery you can send us your banks payment receipt by fax to: +41 (0)81 630 45 16 , we will dispatch your order within one business day.

The second possibility is cash on delivery, however this is possible only for customers residing in Switzerland.

You have the choice:

With advance payment: Product cost + Freight cost = Grand Total

With cash on delivery: Product cost + Freight cost + Sfr. 19.- Cash on delivery fee = Grand Total.

The safe way to do this is to put US$, Euro, or Swiss Francs in a registered letter and send it to us at the following post address

We have never had a problim with this method. Registering your letter protects you in two ways. Firstly, your payment will be delivered safely. Secondly, you have a way of checking if we recieved the payment. Please include a printout or copy off your order with your payment.

Creditcards !
If you dont want to send cash then we also accept Mastercard or Visa. Dont forget, to charge your card, we need, your 16 diget number, the name as is written on the card, and the expiry date, all on the front of your creditcard. There is a lot of talk about missuse of credit cards, or theft. We have never had a problim in this respect. Your credit card details and in fact all other information concerning your purchase are confidential.

Paypal ! Send your payment via email!

PayPal lets any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. Just go to https://www.paypal.com/ and send your payment to our emal address at ethno@cannapee.ch

Checks or Postal Orders ! We do accept checks but only for payment of goods in excess of US$100 in value. The cost of processing them prohibits us accepting anything less.

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by cannapee.ch

We do not accept returns of:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Please do not send us such items, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
