A. I, the customer understand that your products are offered exclusively for legitimate research. The products are not to be used in foods, drugs, medicinal devices, cosmetics or ointments for humans or animals or for any other commercial purpose. Our products are not intended or suited for human use or consumption. The chemical, physical and toxicological properties of these products have not been fully investigated and are not guaranteed. B. Our products are sold to the buyer under the condition that they will not be resold, repacked, adulterated, mislabeled or used as starting materials for any other products. C. The buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical devices, cosmetic, commercial or any other applications. Buyer expressedly represents and warrants that he will properly test and use any products purchased from us in accordance with the practices of a reasonable person who is an expert in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted. D. We disclaim all warranties and statements of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the products offered, their use and/or any results from their use, including but not limited to special, indirect, consequential, punitive, and exemplary damages, in connection with any of the products offered by Cannapee Ethnobotanicals and/or any results from their use, whether or not it has been advised of the possibilities thereof. E. In no event shall we be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether purchaser's claim in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of product to buyer, which sales we would not otherwise make, buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Cannapee Ethnobotanicals (and it's associates) harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of buyer's handling and/or use of product, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.
